A mix of proven amino acid stimulants for carp in cold water: <14^oC. 

Carp shows preference for different amino acids in different water temperatures. Using the right amino acid mixture will considerable increase the chances of your bait actually getting eaten. This mixture is more taste stimulatory to feeding of carp than other (individual) amino acids.

This compound consists of a range of especially sourced pure L-amino powders, specific intended for cold water use.
