Delivery & Return

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger orders may take longer, depending on workload. Customers will be notified by email if there is any delay.

Return policy

Items bought from Feedstim can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases.
During this period, you may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
If the packaging is sealed, the seal must remain intact.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at: info@feedstim.com
After notifying us, the items must be sent back within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

  • Non-defective products: return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: return shipping costs are covered by us

An optional pickup service is available upon request and is charged at actual cost.

Processing your return

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund.

Refunds are issued:

  • Within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
  • Using the original payment method

A refund will be issued after receipt of the returned goods within 14 days.

Outbound shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

If visible damage is present on delivery, we recommend inspecting the parcel with the courier and noting / photograving the damage.
This helps us with courier claims but does not affect your statutory rights.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for:

  • Defective / wrong products (free of charge)
  • Non-defective products (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Returned items must meet the same conditions as described above.

Non-returnable items

At this time, we do not sell products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Pickup orders

Order pickup is available by appointment only at our location in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.
